I am "Sudhakara Reddy Murikinati". This BLOG is based on my "Research about ACL at the time of my injury and Surgery Experience". Still I am writing this BLOG. Mostly I will be updating "Recovery" page. I copied some information from different places which is useful and added my ACL Surgery experience. I injured my left knee on "Sep 29th 2012" while playing Volley-Ball Tournament and I got my ACL replacement Surgery on "Oct 31st 2012 (Halloween Day)". I had same kind of injury again for the same knee while playing volleyball on "April 19th 2014" and I had ACL replacement surgery on "April 29th 2015". I am very thankful for my lovely wife "Sirisha Reddy Padagandla".
